Laurin & Natalie Jeffrey

Based out of a beautiful warehouse conversion on Queen Street West, Laurin and Natalie have the downtown location to serve their clients. Century 21 Regal Realty is located in the old MacMillan Storage Company Moving and Storage building, built in 1892. Have a look at some photos and see what we mean:

We even have a video walkthrough!

Laurin and Natalie are a spirited and industrious husband and wife team in their 30′s. With experience in selling everything from extravagant properties to starter condominiums, they focus primarily on sales of fine homes, luxury condos and funky lofts in Toronto and the GTA. Their clientele includes professionals, investors, singles, families and out-of-town buyers and sellers.

Natalie has been actively involved in the real estate industry for the past seven years. Starting as an office administrator and eventually progressing to an assistant’s role, she soon became enamoured with the real estate industry. Before long, she had completed her real estate licensing courses and set out on her new career. Her past experience – and having watched and learned from some of Toronto real estate’s best agents and brokers – gave her an edge with the paperwork, advertising media and real estate terminology.

It is this experience that makes Natalie sensitive to the needs and wants of her clients. Having seen other agents in action, witnessing what works and what does not, she has a thorough grasp of her clients’ true nature. Her real estate advertising background is also of utmost importance in getting your home in front of the best potential buyers.

Laurin comes from a more complicated background: a journalism diploma led to working in the internet division of some of the country’s largest newspapers and the development of an entirely new set of skills. Rising from web and print design to marketing manager, he steered a startup search engine to a top 20 ranking. Continuing this role with other companies, he stayed in the internet world until he decided to switch to the brick and mortar world, literally, where he joined his wife as half of the Jeffrey Team.

Laurin’s marketing background comes into play when you list your house with the Jeffrey Team. Promotion is key in all sales, especially real estate sales. If you want your house to be seen by as many people as possible, Laurin is the one you want on your side. His vast internet experience, especially in the realm of internet search, will be of tremendous benefit to buyers. If your dream home or condo is out there, he will find it for you!

He has really excelled in his real estate career, winning multiple achievement awards from Century 21. He has been interviewed by The Toronto Star, Globe & Mail and National Post, as well as live on CBC Radio. In addition, he has written about the Toronto real estate industry for Condo Business Magazine and YYZ Lifestyle Magazine. His input has also been sought for academic papers – in Toronto, in Canada and overseas.

Laurin is also an avid photographer, with many publication credits and gallery exhibitions to his name. You may have seen his work under the pseudonym “lopix” and he asks that you take a moment to have a look at his work at www.lopix.com. He even used to be part-owner of an art gallery across from the Century 21 office, at 1332 Queen Street West.

They currently live in the east end with their busy little boys.

      Condominium Owners Survey Launched
McGuinty Government Committed To A Fair And Informed Marketplace

      NEWS July 26, 2010

Ontario has launched an online survey to learn about the experiences of condominium owners across the province.

The survey, posted at http://www.ontario.ca/condos, asks condo owners about their experiences with buying and living in condos, as well as with condo corporations, boards of directors, repairs and maintenance, reserve funds and dispute resolution.

Condos are an increasingly popular form of home ownership and the survey will provide a broad snapshot of Ontarians’ experiences with condos. Information provided with the survey will help condo owners learn more about their rights and responsibilities under the Condominium Act and the survey results will also help inform government.

Condo owners can also receive more information about the survey through their local Member of Provincial Parliament’s (MPP) office or by calling the Ministry of Consumer Services toll-free at 1−800−889−9768.

      QUOTES
“Learning about the experiences of Ontario’s condo owners will help us better understand the marketplace. It also helps us get consumers the information they need so they can make informed condo-buying choices.”
      — Sophia Aggelonitis, Minister of Consumer Services.
