The Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (http://www.acmo.org/) might be able to help. Or the Canadian Condominium Institute (http://www.cci.ca/ABOUT/whoweare.asp). There is no official condo ombudsman. And here is a link to the actual Condominium Act - http://www.e-laws.gov.on.ca/html/statutes/english/elaws_statutes_98c19_e.htm

Tarion should be able to help you with your builder, that is what they are there for. As for your property management company, your board can fire them and hire another if the need arises.

Your first step should be the Tarion ombudsman, see if they can help - http://www.tarion.com/HOME/New+Home+Buyers/Ombudsperson/

Good luck!

Do you happen to know if there is an Ombuds service for Condo Boards? Our board needs some help with multiple issues we are having with our original Builder, our current management company, etc. Is there anywhere we can go for help?
Thanks, Suzanne
