Monarch celebrates the grand opening of its new EQ2 sales centre and model suite at the Scarborough City Centre

With sales moving along briskly, the sales centre for EQ2 is moving a little closer to home. On July 22, Monarch opened a brand new sales centre for the building on-site at the newly completed retail space on the ground floor of Equinox I.

The new sales centre features a fully furnished model suite by esteemed Toronto designer Alex Chapman and his team at Chapman Design Group Ltd.

City style, waterfront location

Plazacorp releases the second phase of West Harbour City

Take an urban waterfront location. Add resort-style living, large suite layouts and energy-efficient design. The result is West Harbour City, Phase 2.

Located near the foot of Bathurst Street, on the north side of Fleet Street, West Harbour City 2 is the newest addition to Plazacorp’s successful west waterfront condominium community. Designed to complement the site’s first phase tower, the new building features pre-cast cladding resembling fine limestone and accentuated with traditional brick elements.
