Monarch celebrates the grand opening of its new EQ2 sales centre and model suite at the Scarborough City Centre
With sales moving along briskly, the sales centre for EQ2 is moving a little closer to home. On July 22, Monarch opened a brand new sales centre for the building on-site at the newly completed retail space on the ground floor of Equinox I.
The new sales centre features a fully furnished model suite by esteemed Toronto designer Alex Chapman and his team at Chapman Design Group Ltd.

Peace-of-mind features include remote control access to resident underground parking, an underground security system with security key device, and secure, separate underground visitor parking.
