Curvy ARC condo boasts suite city views

The highest point at Bayview and Sheppard — the northeast corner — is the site of the Daniels Corp.’s future 15-storey condominium development. It will be called Arc Condominiums at Bayview Village.
“We have always talked about the prestige of a Bayview Ave. address,” he says. “And the view from Arc down Bayview will be spectacular.”
Arc will feature 448 units, ranging in size from studios at 450 square feet to two-bedroom-plus-den plans at 850 square feet. All suites include parking except for the studios.
Haggart, who says Daniels is known for its suite designs, explains that the interior finishes are high end, in keeping with the luxury image of Arc. There will be nine-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a porcelain or mirrored backsplash.
Arc Condominiums at Bayview Village will start at $164,900 and go to $380,000. Maintenance fees are 43 cents a square foot plus hydro, which is individually metered.
