Located at Car­law and Dun­das, in Leslieville, the i-Zone Lofts are housed in a low rise knit­ting mill con­verted to house 76 of Toronto’s most indus­trial funky lofts. The i-Zone Lofts are all legal live/work spaces, and are espe­cially pop­u­lar with artists work­ing in the Stu­dio District.

Many units on the upper floors have out­door space, or at least the option to build out­door space above your unit. This funky live/work loft con­ver­sion is con­sid­ered “raw lofts”. It is located in the east end Film Dis­trict in one of the hottest areas in Toronto. Lofts have 11 to 22-foot ceil­ings, hard­wood floors, and have a large open con­cept feel. The build­ing is con­ve­niently close to the Beaches, the Dan­forth as well as down­town, the DVP and Queen Street East. Suites range from 500 to over 2,000 square feet.
