Monarch’s Twenty Gothic sales office moved to make way for construction
From New Homes & Condos Magazine
Brisk sales have paved the way for construction at Twenty Gothic – Monarch’s highly successful High Park condominium. The sales centre has been demolished to make way for the onset of construction, and the community will now be sold out of Monarch’s Zip Condos + Lofts sales centre located at 14 Strachan Ave.
Twenty Gothic is located just steps from High Park and the shops and services of the Bloor West Village neighbourhood. High Park is one of those rare Toronto neighbourhoods that offers everything – tree-lined and established streets, chic shopping, libraries, schools, pools and one of the city’s largest greenspaces – plus subway access to downtown. In addition to ample opportunities for neighbourhood interaction, residents will discover an intimate, elegant lifestyle that encompasses luxurious amenities. Within the condo, suite owners will enjoy services provided by a 24/7 concierge/security, and if guests want to stay over, Twenty Gothic has a professionally decorated guest suite.
Club Twenty is an inviting space where residents will be able to rest and recreate in style. The fitness room will feature a cardio and aerobics area, plus commercial-grade fitness equipment that offers TV viewing to make the workouts entertaining and healthful. For entertaining, residents can book the special occasion/party room that has an adjoining lounge and caterer’s kitchen opening onto a professionally landscaped terrace with a barbeque. Plus, a theatre is available for private screenings, and a billiard room beckons.
As for the suites themselves, Twenty Gothic includes enviable finishes, including nine-ft. ceilings in the principal rooms (except on the second and third floors); a choice of strip laminate flooring, sisal or 40-oz. broadloom in the living/dining room, den and hallways; strip laminate flooring in the foyer; a choice of sisal or plush 40-oz. broadloom in the bedrooms; granite kitchen countertops; and a five-ft. soaker tub in the bathroom.
Suites at Twenty Gothic range in size from just under 500 to over 1,600 sq. ft. and are priced from $199,900 to over $800,000.
For a limited time, all purchasers receive one year of free maintenance and a stainless steel kitchen appliance package. All suites also receive a one year fully transferable TTC Metropass.
