Brisk sales have paved the way for construction at Twenty Gothic – Monarch’s highly successful High Park condominium. The sales centre has been demolished to make way for the onset of construction, and the community will now be sold out of Monarch’s Zip Condos + Lofts sales centre located at 14 Strachan Ave.
