At the highly popular WaterParkCity community, Lanterra Developments and Lifetime Homes will soon introduce Neptune. Superb standard condo features include expansive windows; a balcony or terrace; the choice of engineered veneer hardwood, porcelain or ceramic tile in the entry foyer and kitchen; marble, ceramic or porcelain tile in the master ensuite and matching tub/shower surround, plus a cultured marble counter; engineered veneer hardwood in the living/dining room and den; and 40-ounce designer-series broadloom in the bedrooms. Condos will range in size from a 465-square-foot one-bedroom suite to a sprawling 1,577-square-foot two-bedroom plus den penthouse, and will be preview-priced from $159,900 to over $750,000. Prices include six appliances.

You will still find a handful of choice two-bedroom suites remaining at the completed first three towers – WaterParkCity, Atlantis and Aquarius – priced from the $260′s. The first tower is registered and occupied, and amenities include Club Oasis – the wellness spa and recreation centre available to all WaterParkCity residents.
