The Westmoreland Lofts — a once in a lifetime opportunity
Standing proudly in downtown Toronto, this historical church is being transformed into luxurious lofts while preserving the integrity and beauty of the original structure. The Westmoreland Lofts meld history, romance, grand architecture, and urban living into a rare and distinct lifestyle residence.
Designed to capture the grandeur of the soaring ceilings and the rich detailing, the lofts typify urban living. Offering all of today’s modern conveniences, the project remains true to the unique architecture.
The Westmoreland is one of those unique, “once in a lifetime opportunity” that comes along when history, romance, grand architecture and urban living can be melded uniquely into a rare and distinct lifestyle residence with few equals.
The great church architecture of some of Toronto’s oldest and grandest edifices can be given new life and spirit by taking the past and sensitively transforming their glorious structures and art into exciting shelters for today’s urban loft dwellers. This will serve to pass the torch to the avant garde and future generations to enjoy and experience its unique history.
The Westmoreland is one of these distinctive opportunities… “living in the past and in the future”.
The Loft residences of The Westmoreland have been creatively and sensitively designed to capitalize on the grandeur of the soaring cathedral ceilings and the rich detailing of stone columns, capitals, hammerhead wood trusses and majestic, brick gothic arches and windows.
Professionally landscaped exterior fully compliments the building history while maintaining today’s living standards.
